우리 가족은 전부 서울에 살아.

whole이 ‘all of ~ (~ 모두)’ 라는 뜻일 때에는 형용사로만 쓸 수 있습니다. 즉, the whole day, the whole time, the whole thing, the whole area처럼 명사 앞에 놓입니다.

우리 가족 구성원들은 모두 서울에 살고 있다는 표현으로 다음과 같은 것들이 있습니다.

① My whole family lives in Seoul.

② Everyone in my family lives in Seoul.

③ All of my relatives live in Seoul.(저의 친척들은 모두 다 서울에 삽니다.)

④ My entire family lives in Seoul.(우리 전체 가족은 서울에 살고 있어요.)
